Senior year is a whirlwind of big moments, late-night laughs, and dreams just beginning to take shape. My Senior Rep Team is here to make sure you don’t just live it—you celebrate it, capture it, and remember it forever.
This isn’t just another senior photo session. It’s a chance to be part of something fun, creative, and full of perks while getting timeless portraits that feel like you.
What is a senior rep team?
Think of it as the VIP club for seniors. You’ll represent my photography throughout your senior year, join in on creative shoots, and get extra perks along the way.
As a rep, you’ll…
- Get unique sessions and styled group shoots
- Have images to share all year long
- Be featured on my website + social media
- Earn rewards when friends book with me
- Gain a community of other fun, creative seniors
The #KGSeniorRep team will be chosen from applicants that are active within their community, promote positive moral images, believe in building genuine relationships, and are passionate about making the most of their senior year.
Seniors will be able to have a once in a lifetime experience with others for a full year!
Become the face of Kayleigh Guerrero Photography's Seniors for the entire year!
Lots of FREE goodies that are earned through the year such as jewelry, t-shirts, gift cards, etc!
An invitation to the exclusive Meet & Greet event - this is normally held before school starts.
Group sessions throughout the year to showcase everyone together and just have a good time! Pumpkin patches, Christmas tree farms, etc!
Parents are always welcome to come.
2 full senior sessions that include 3 outfit changes + 2 locations. One session for the Fall/Winter, one for Spring/Summer.
A 30 minute family session that can be added on to one of your individual senior sessions.

FAQ
What is the payment requirement?
$650 is all you are required to pay. A $50 deposit will need to be made at the time the contract is sent. The deposit goes towards overall value of the program and secures your spot as a Class of 2026 Senior Rep! The remaining balance can be broken into 3 parts through the year
How many photos will I receive?
Each individual senior session will provide you with 75+ photos. Each group session will vary, but everyone gets their own mini shoot.
What do you look for in your senior reps?
I choose who not only values timeless, authentic, and joy-filled moments, but want to help create a better world around them. I value individuals who can prove they are fantastic role models with a positive outlook on life and who want to experience something incredible together!
How will I receive my photos?
All of your sessions will be uploaded to an online gallery that will stay active for 2 years. You can download, share, and print from your personal gallery. Group sessions will be uploaded into it's own gallery, but everyone will have access to it as well.
How many group sessions will we have?
Can i shoot with other photographers?
I strive to plan at least 5 group sessions through the year. This varies by every year since schedules don't always align. I do my best to always find a date that works for everyone and will send information well before hand. You are not required to attend each one, but must attend 2 at a minimum to stay on the team.
For anything senior related, no. This would defeat the purpose of being a senior rep for a photography business. You can use other photographers for anything else.
Chosen senior reps are required to:
Attend a Meet & Greet event, an invitation is sent out via email. Also come prepared for simple headshots + group shots. Parents are encouraged to join.
Participate in styled sessions with the full team (minimum 2)
Use Kayleigh Guerrero as their sole photographer during their senior year
Post on social media frequently about Kayleigh Guerrero Photography
Book and pay for your senior session with Kayleigh Guerrero Photography for a total of $650 (this is the only payment or fee ever associated with the program)
Notify parents of your application. Your parent will be contacted first if you are chosen as a senior rep, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying and on board! You will not be on the team without parental permission.
